The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

●Processing time: 1-2 business days

●Shipping time: 3-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) 

• Shipping Time: 2-5 business days upgraded DHL express delivery
• Shipping Time: 5-8 business days free delivery

Since we want to send your order to you as quickly as possible, we are generally unable to make changes to an order after it's been dispatched. However, you can send an email to hello@onatural.co.uk to check the status of your order. 

Upon shipment, package tracking information is sent to the email address associated with your order. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, or the tracking seems inaccurate, please reach out to us at hello@onatural.co.uk

Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest

DHL delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait 2-3 business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

All our orders are shipped from our United Kingdom warehouse. We ship internationally to all countries.  

To start your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with tags attached, please send an email to hello@onatural.co.uk for more specific assistance. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of certain items. Therefore please read our Size Guides page before ordering. 

We do not process exchanges, however, qualifying items can be returned to us for a full refund and re-ordered. A new order can be placed directly on our website, or email, or live chat. Our team will ensure we get you in the right fit!

Yes. The O'Natural pump makes it so you can pump while you breastfeed your baby because there are no external cords, tubes, or dangling bottles to get in the way.

1. Separate pump motor from main body.

2. Detach flange from milk collector.

3. Separate linker from milk collector.

4. Disassemble the linker.
